WHO WE ARE

Welcome to Kridhaa.in (referred to as “Website” or “Platform”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • We use reputable courier services for shipping. However, we shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or loss of items during transit.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • KRIDHAA reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

    In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post-confirmation, he/she should either call us at +91 9205046664 or email us at [email protected] stating the ORDER No.

    You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of KRIDHAA & the refund would only be in the form of a credit voucher code. You can email us at [email protected] for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.

COOKIES
